Terms of Use
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms apply to your use of https://m2fence.com, the website of M2 Fence LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
This website describes the fence, gate, railing and hardscaping work we do and lets you request a free estimate. It is general information, not a construction specification and not professional advice for your particular property.
Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this site is a price quote or an offer to enter into a contract. Costs depend on the property, the material, the length of the run, access, site conditions and what has to be removed first, and they can only be set after we have seen the job. A binding price comes from a written estimate we give you after that visit, and work begins only once you and M2 Fence LLC have agreed to it.
Permits, property lines and local rules
Fence height, placement, setback and permitting rules are set by each municipality, and covenants may apply on top of them. Descriptions on this site are general and cannot tell you what is allowed at your address. Confirm requirements with your local building department, and rely on a current plat of survey for any boundary question.
Project photography and content
The text, layout and photographs on this site are the property of M2 Fence LLC and are protected by copyright. The project photos show work we performed; they are examples, and no two properties produce an identical result. You may not copy, republish or use this content commercially without our written permission.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but materials, product lines and local requirements change. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that every page is current or free of error.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, M2 Fence LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract for work we perform.
Links to other sites
Any link to a third-party website is provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
